AGILE ANNOUNCES A NEW LINE OF SIBLEY® HEATING SYSTEMS ANDERSON, Missouri, U.S.A. Agile Mfg., Inc., a subsidiary of CTB, Inc. of Milford, Indiana, has announced a new line of SIBLEY® Heating Systems. The new line incorporates all the best features of Agile's previous lines of brooders and heaters, plus some additional innovations. SIBLEY heating systems have been focused on performance since 1928. Included in the new line are the HABANERO{TM} and SERRANO{TM} Infrared Brooders with outputs of 25,000 and 42,000 BTUs respectively, the famous ROCKET JET{TM} Convection Brooder with a 31,000 BTU output, and a 17,000-BTU, high-pressure brooder called the CAYENNE{TM}. A space heater, the TURBO{TM} Heater, is also part of the new line with output of 225,000 BTUs when operated using LP or 200,000 BTUs with natural gas. Agile's new line of SIBLEY brooders includes a brighter glow, increased floor heat, greater temperature control and innovative features such as the patented, easy-to-maintain horizontal pilot. Additionally, the new line of brooders and heaters includes new ignition options and has been designed to be easy to clean and to install. SUCCESS STORIES Con Agra Foods Inc. decided to make Sibley product, manufactured by Agile Mfg., the recommended supplier of the Rocket Jet 31,000 BTU brooder in four (4) of their complexes. The complexes are in Mayfield, KY / Athens, GA / Chattanooga, TN / Canton, GA They are adding 24 to 28 Rocket Jets per house in the broiler operation. Before this, the houses only had space heaters. Con Agra decided that Sibley is the recommended brand because of our gas pipe sizing, and because of taking the time to educate the growers and give support to the Con Agra's service people. This project has supplied over 15,000 Rocket Jets during its implementation. |
