Fuel-Efficient Spiral Ceramic Radiant
 Fuel-efficient, spiral ceramic radiant gets more heat down to the birds quickly (compared to smooth ceramic radiants). A fiber radiant option is also available.

Jet burner burns cleanly and efficiently.

Easy to Clean and Maintain
 Easy access to orifice in jet burner and patented horizontal pilot for easy cleaning and maintenance with no tools. Compressed air cleaning is recommended – do not power wash.
Technical Information
Hot Surface Ignition - Utilizes 24 volt electronic control technology perfected through years of reliable operation on our Turbo Space Heaters.   Hot Surface Ignition (HSI) provides dependable and trouble free ignition of each brooder through either individual or zone thermostat control.  With HSI you save fuel costs by eliminating a standing pilot flame when heat is not required.   This amounts to 2,000 btu/h and in a typical application with 30 brooders per house equals 60,000 btu/h consuming roughly 2/3 of a gallon of propane per hour.   Left unused for a day and you will have wasted nearly 16 gallons of fuel.   With today's high energy costs that eats up a lot of a grower's profit in a hurry!  In addition, HSI saves a grower's labor between flocks by eliminating the need to light individual pilots and also eliminates the requirement to clean & maintain the pilot assemblies.
